Nursing and Personal Care
Our nursing and care staff assist our residents with their medical needs, and assist with washing and dressing, eating and drinking, mobilising, socialising and meeting all their daily living requirements. The home looks after residents with:
- Dementia
- Strokes
- Parkinson’s disease
- Multiple Sclerosis
- Huntingdon’s Chorea
- End of life care
- Reablement and recuperation after a period of time in hospital
- Older adults with learning disabilities
- Older adults with acquired brain injury
- General frailty associated with old age, often with a significant risk of falls and injury
Day Care
Norton Hall can provide day care to residents who need the support of our staff during the day, but are able to be looked after at home by their family or home carers at night.
Respite Care
Norton Hall can offer respite care when bed availability allows. Our minimum respite care period is one week.
